To invite the Sisters to your event, ask us to help with your fundraiser, or ask that the Sisters add some our wonderful Sisterly flair to your event, Please get in touch with the Mistress of Evangelism by sending an email to evangelism@azsisters.org. She will getback to you as soon as possible to discuss the details of your request.
Please include in your email the following:
Your name
Your organization's name (if applicable)
Details of your event or function, including how you would like the Sisters to be involved
Dates and times of your event or function
If the event or function is a benefit, who will be receiving the proceeds
A contact name for the event and their phone number and email

GCSPI General Meetings shall be held on the third Thursday of each month. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 8:00pm. Executive session of the Voting Membership begins at 7:00pm. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Should a non-member or non-voting member wish to present to or address the membership, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice President at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements.
OFFICERS MEETINGS
GCSPI Officer Meetings shall be held on the first Thursday of each month. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 7:00pm. Should a non-member or non-officerg member wish to present to or address the meeting, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice President at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS
GCSPI General Meetings shall be held on the last Tuesday of every other month. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 7:00pm. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Should a non-member or non-voting member wish to present to or address the Board, it is asked that s/he contact the Vice Chair at least one (1) week prior to the meeting to make such arrangements.
